Membership

Annual membership dues, while nominal, are a major source of funding for the Society. If you or your family would like to become members of the Society please contact us. Or, attend one of our programs where we will be happy to sign you up. Please note that the Society does not charge admission to its programs or charge fees to use its facilities and collections so your membership dues make a difference!

Volunteering

The Society has many opportunities for volunteers. Some of the work our volunteers perform include:

• Accessioning (describe) things in our collections of photos, objects and archival materials.
• Entering data into our museum database (PastPerfect).
• Guiding tours through our collection or through the town.
• Making displays and course curriculum materials for our schools.
• Participating in dramatizations for the public.
• Helping with sales tables, information displays and refreshments.
• Researching events and people of Sudbury.
